Happy New Year from Zihuatanejo. We are still in the Marina in Ixtapa but plan to leave to anchor in Zihuatanejo Bay today or tomorrow. Randy, Thea and Eric spent a lovely New Years' Eve with our friends Ken and Marilyn and a gang of other Canadians at the Hotel Sotavento. There was a lovely buffet and mucho tequila. The fireworks over the bay were spectacular. Eric is making coffee while the captain fights off the Heradura haze. Today's activities will be low key likely involving the beach or poolside lounging.
